The business account administrator can invite additional users to purchase on behalf of the business by adding them to the business account.

The business account administrator can invite additional users to purchase on behalf of the business by adding them to the business account. Each additional user request will go through an additional approval process. Additionally, only three users per business account are allowed.

  • After an invite is approved, user will receive an email with a link and an invitation to create a business user account that will be linked to the company business account. Once the new business user account is created, the user will be able to shop on Amazon on behalf of the company.
  • The account administrator can grant requisitioner, or administrator permissions for each additional user added to the business account.
  • Each employee can create a business user account that is used to place orders on behalf of the registered business.
